FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? No. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is plenty of parking located right around the convention center. Visit parkpgh.org for real time updates on availabe parking! The convention center is also located along PAT bus lines. What can/can't I bring to the event? You can bring your own resusable shopping bags to hold your items. Another great idea is to bring a laundry basket with a rope or belt tied to it to drag your items around while you shop. We do have some large reusable totes available to use while you shop but they are available on a first come first serve basis. Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? Yes, if you find you are unable to use your ticket, it is transferrable to someone else to use. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You need to bring either a printed copy of your ticket, or you can show your ticket on your smartphone at the door. What is the refund policy? There are no refunds for tickets. However, if you are unable to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else.
